Kira Kirei team takes pride to conduct quality checks on all orders before mailing them out. All orders are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.

We will only be able to process defective or incorrect item. Please email sales@kirakirei.co within 24 hours after you have received your order by indicating your order details as well as a photo of the items, and we will look into the matter for you.

Please allow 5 working days for us to get back to you. Once approved, we will ship out a replacement. In the event where we are not able to fulfil your order, we will proceed with the necessary refund through discount code.

 

In the event where your parcel is return to Kira Kirei due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by you:

Normal mail: Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for lost mail, please key in your information correctly! On our part, we will be providing a return address. 

Registered mail: We will contact you to organize a re-delivery at additional cost incurred by you.
